1. How long will it take to receive my Order?
Once your order is completed, it should take around 2 to 3 weeks for you order to arrive.

3. How can I pay for my Order?
We currently accept payments using all VISA Cards and PayPal. For alternative payment methods, please send an email to [email protected].
4. Where are your products shipped from?
Our warehouse is located in Fiji.
5. How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
6. Can I cancel or exchange my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our Exchange & Return Policy in our Terms and Conditions.
7. I received the wrong goods or an item is missing/damaged what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, these mistakes unfortunately do happen.

8. Am I able to change my name or address?
You can change any of your personal details such as name or address by sending us an email. But you cannot make changes to your name or address once your order has been dispatched.
